CANCELLATION POLICY
A deposit is required to reserve all aesthetic appointments. • $50 deposit required for Dysport/toxin appointments • $100 deposit required for filler appointments Deposits are applied toward your total at the time of service. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours, or missed/no-show appointments, will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may transfer the deposit one time to a future appointment. No-show appointments or repeated late cancellations may require full prepayment to book future appointments. Late Policy: Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to reschedule and will forfeit their deposit to avoid disrupting scheduled clients. Payment Policy: We accept Cherry financing, cash, debit, and all major credit cards. Card payments include a small processing fee. Cherry financing is available for qualifying treatments.
